Large asteroid spotted hurtling towards Earth, can our piggies stop it?

According to a recent study of the atmosphere, it seems that there is a 98% chance that earth will be struck by a super large asteroid hurtling towards Earth at 10 meters per second.

We interviewed some guinea pigs to see what they thought of this asteroid. Let’s see…

“Man, that sucks.” says a Gothic guinea pig with a pink Mohawk. “I was really looking forward to new heavy metal music.”

“Too bad,” said one depressed looking guinea pig. “I would care, but my girlfriend Inna Cent broke up with me. I think she got into a relationship with that rat, Ratatouille or something.”

It seems like many people just accepted it. However, not everybody was so calm. Take this angry mouse. “SQUEAK SQUEAK! I can’t BELIEVE this! I just got myself a nice piece of grain when I heard about it, and now I can’t eat it. I’m too young to die, and too awesome to live on this planet! I should be ascended by now!” He then proceeded to smack the reporter and stormed off.

Hazel was not worried at all. “The asteroid is not worthy enough to even be in my presence. It will probably disintegrate when I look at it and blast it with Wheeks.”

Can the guinea pig scientists stop it? Can Hazel stop it, or are her wheeks too weak? Find out more tomorrow, when the asteroid is going to strike.
